Loan Accounting – AFC provides accounting for loan portfolios, consisting of loan pool reconciliations, static pool analysis, loan to value calculations, custom portfolio analysis and prepares and processes bank reconciliations, loan write-offs and loan transfers.

HOA Accounting – AFC provides accounting for Homeowner's Associations (HOA) consisting of billing and payment allocation and tracking, account and back reconciliations, account write-offs/transfers and month end reporting.

Loan Administration services include all processing for mortgage loans from the date of the trust deed to the date the account is paid in full, deeded back or foreclosed. Auto loan servicing includes booking the new loan, loan modifications, loss mitigation, GPS tracking, insurance management and repossession management. In addition, we perform audit review, account research, title transfers, bankruptcy and legal processing.
