Customers are able to receive account information or make payments anytime through AFC’s website or call into our Client Services Division to receive professional and personalized service. We’re able to review, communicate and manage all customer touch points:

  • Search and retrieve customer record by account number, name, address, phone number or user-defined description fields
  • View and enter customer specific notes to maintain an accurate and up-to-date chronological record of all correspondence
  • Review, print or email account profiles, transaction histories, notes or statements
  • Update home or email addresses, telephone numbers and additional contact information
  • Execute title transfers and membership enrollments
  • Obtain and quote account payoff amount
  • Accept electronic bank drafts and credit card payments with real-time authorization
